From pro forma to invoice. A pro forma stays editable until everything is paid; at a balance of zero it becomes a final invoice. Payments and refunds sit with it, and a correction is a credit note per line.

Documents you can rely on. Continuous numbering without gaps, per company, per document type and per year. An issued invoice or credit note never changes again, and Patinel can prove it for every series.

Four VAT regimes per sale. Belgium with VAT, diplomatic exemption, export outside the EU and intra-EU with reverse charge. You choose the regime at the sale; for intra-EU, Patinel asks for the customer’s VAT number.
